FARGAR is an online platform connecting clients with manufacturing needs (3D printing, laser cutting, etc.) to independent manufacturers called "Makers", both in France and internationally.

2. Acceptance of the Terms
Access to and use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms of use. By registering on FARGAR, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
3. Users
There are two types of users:
- Clients: individuals or organizations looking for a provider to manufacture an object or respond to a technical request.
- Makers: individuals or organizations offering their manufacturing services via the platform, wherever they are located in the world.
4. Registration
To access features, users must create an account. The information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
5. Platform Functioning
Clients post project requests. Makers can offer their services. Once the project is validated, payment is made via Stripe or Paypal. FARGAR retains a commission on each transaction.
6. Payment and Billing
Payments are securely processed by Stripe or Paypal. Each maker is responsible for declaring their income in accordance with the tax laws of their country of residence. FARGAR cannot be held responsible for users' failure to comply with tax obligations.
7. Maker Status
Makers must comply with the laws of their country of residence (e.g., self-employed, company, etc.). They should be aware of the legal risks associated with unregistered business activity and ensure they comply with all applicable local and international laws.
8. Compliance with Local and International Laws
Makers are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all local and international laws and regulations, including consumer protection, data protection, and manufacturing standards.
9. Liability
FARGAR acts as a technical intermediary. Responsibility for successful project completion rests with users (clients and makers). In case of dispute, FARGAR may intervene as a mediator without guaranteeing a result.
10. Intellectual Property
Files, models, ideas, and content exchanged on the platform remain the property of their authors. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
11. Personal Data Protection
11.1 Data Controller

12. Termination
Each user may delete their account at any time. FARGAR reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of the terms of use or inappropriate behavior.
13. Modifications
FARGAR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. In case of major changes, users will be notified by email or via the site.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at FARGAR's registered office.
